The customization process starts with a detailed analysis of your market requirements and production condition: detergent type (powder, liquid, tablet or gel), main active system, target cleaning and foaming performance, water hardness range, temperature of use and preferred fragrance and color. Our technical team then selects and blends the right surfactants, builders, chelating agents, enzymes, foam stabilizers and other functional components, adjusting the ratio and verifying the package through real washing trials before delivery.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Submit Market and Formula Information Please provide your detergent type (powder / liquid / pod), target cleaning and foam performance, water hardness range, temperature of use, and any special requirement such as low-phosphorus, fragrance or color. This helps our R&D team design the right package.
2. Trial Formulation Development Our technical team prepares a trial package and verifies it through real washing trials. Dosing, compatibility, foam and cleaning performance are confirmed before mass production.
3. Confirm Packaging and Quantity Available in powder (25 kg bags / cartons) or liquid (25 kg / 200 L drums, IBC tanks). Custom labels, dosing instructions and formulation code are provided for each order.
4. Delivery and After-sales Support We confirm lead time and shipping documents. After delivery, our team provides continuous technical support and formula re-tuning when raw material prices, water quality or market requirements change.
Trial Order Tip:
A small trial batch is recommended first to verify the package performance in your real production line before bulk ordering. Trial formulation is free of charge for qualified projects.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
Follow the dosing instruction provided with each package. Dosage depends on wash load, water hardness and soil level. Adjust only after trial washing confirms the target.
Adding Method (Powder):
Add the powder together with other dry components during dry-mix, or pre-dissolve in part of the water for liquid systems. Avoid dumping all at once to prevent lumping.
Adding Method (Liquid):
Add the liquid package slowly under moderate stirring during batching. Mix thoroughly until uniform. Keep recommended pH range during production.
Water Hardness Check:
Test the hardness of your process water first. In high-hardness areas, adjust the package or supplement with chelating agent as advised by our technical team.
Storage Condition:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5–35℃. Powder grades must be protected from moisture to avoid caking; liquid grades from freezing.
Safety Operation:
Wear gloves and protective glasses during handling. Avoid ingestion and direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Weak Cleaning Power on Common Stains The surfactant or builder balance may be unsuitable for the target soil type, water hardness or wash temperature. Solution: Ask R&D to re-balance the surfactant and builder system, and verify cleaning through real washing trials at your conditions.
Foam Too Much or Too Little Foam level may not match the washing machine type or market preference, causing overflow or poor rinsing. Solution: Request an adjustable-foam package and confirm the target foam level (low / medium / high) before production.
Powder Caking or Poor Flow Moisture absorption or unsuitable filler causes lumping, poor flow and uneven dosing. Solution: Protect powder from moisture during storage, check packaging seal, and adjust anti-caking components in the package.
Viscosity Drift in Liquid Detergent Thickener or surfactant balance may shift under temperature change, causing viscosity rise or drop. Solution: Have the package re-tuned for your liquid system, control pH and temperature during batching.
Hard Water Deposits or Poor Rinsing Chelating components may be insufficient for high-hardness water, leaving deposits and dull clothes. Solution: Increase chelating content in the package and advise on supplemental chelating agent for very hard water areas.
Separation or Layering in Liquid Product Incompatibility between components appears over time as phase separation or settling. Solution: Run storage stability test before mass production, confirm compatibility and adjust package ratio.
Color or Fragrance Not Stable Dye or fragrance may degrade under storage or interact with the active system. Solution: Stabilize fragrance and color with compatible fixatives, and verify stability in the final formulation.
Batch-to-Batch Performance Variation Changes in water quality, raw material quality or dosing cause inconsistent cleaning results. Solution: Use the same formulation code, follow dosing instructions strictly, and ask R&D for re-tuning when raw materials change.

DELIVERY TIME & SHELF LIFE
