PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our Lubricant and Dispersant series is a group of multifunctional chemical additives designed to improve processing flow and ensure uniform dispersion of solid particles in water-based and dry-mix systems. The Lubricant component reduces friction between particles, equipment surfaces and tooling, improving flowability, reducing wear and increasing production efficiency. The Dispersant component helps break up agglomerates and stabilize fine particles, keeping them evenly distributed in mortars, paints, ceramics and plastic compounds.

As a Lubricant, this product lowers internal friction during mixing, extrusion and application, which is especially valuable in dry-mix mortar, ceramic tile adhesive, gypsum, concrete and plastic processing. As a Dispersant, it reduces the amount of water needed, prevents settling and improves the homogeneity and performance of the final system.

The Lubricant and Dispersant shows excellent compatibility with cement, gypsum, cellulose ethers, redispersible polymer powders and various pigments and fillers. Within the recommended dosage, it does not harm the hydration process, adhesion strength or final mechanical properties, and it helps achieve a smoother, denser and more uniform final product.

Every batch of Lubricant and Dispersant is tested for lubricity, dispersing efficiency, water requirement, appearance and storage stability before delivery. We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS(MSDS) for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to your application, raw material system and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm Application and Performance Target Please inform us of your application field, raw material system, target lubricating or dispersing performance, and export destination country regulations. We will recommend the most suitable Lubricant and Dispersant grade.
2. Trial Sample and Testing We can provide trial samples of the Lubricant and Dispersant for laboratory evaluation. Customers may test flow improvement, dispersing efficiency, water requirement and storage stability. Simplified SDS and sample COA will be supplied with samples.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms Available in powder (25 kg bag / carton) or liquid (25 kg drum, 200 L drum, IBC tank). Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, CAS No. 1592-23-0 (reference), non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS(MSDS).
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support Each batch of Lubricant and Dispersant is supplied with COA, TDS and SDS. Our technical team supports dosage adjustment, compatibility testing and formula optimization, and assists with import declaration information for destination ports.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify Lubricant and Dispersant performance on your production line and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
The recommended dosage of the Lubricant and Dispersant is 0.1–1.0%, depending on application and system type. Start from lower dosage and increase gradually after performance test passes.
Adding Method:
For dry-mix systems, add the Lubricant and Dispersant together with other dry powders during mixing. For liquid systems, pre-disperse in water before adding resin or pigment slurry.
Compatibility Check:
Before mass production, test the Lubricant and Dispersant with cement, gypsum, cellulose ether, pigment and filler. Observe viscosity, flow, hydration and stability changes. For EU export, REACH SVHC screening is suggested.
Process Condition Consideration:
Adjust dosage according to mixing speed, extrusion pressure and application method. High-shear processes may require higher dispersant dosage.
Storage & Sea Freight Guidance:
Keep the Lubricant and Dispersant sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5–35℃. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and sharp temperature fluctuation. For non-dangerous goods shipment, mark UN number on SDS if applicable to avoid port detention.
Safety Operation:
Wear gloves and protective goggles during handling. Avoid ingestion and direct eye contact. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical help if irritation persists.

Formula Guidance:
Use LD-100 for general mortar and water-based systems, LD-200 for ceramics, LD-300 for pigment dispersion, LD-400 for plastic processing and LD-500 for metal forming. The Lubricant and Dispersant dosage should be confirmed through process trials, and export formulas shall match destination country regulations.
COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Poor Flow and Sticking in Dry-mix Mortar High internal friction causes poor flow, sticking and slow application in tile adhesive and plaster. Solution: Increase the Lubricant and Dispersant dosage or use LD-100 to improve flowability and reduce mixing water.
Pigment Settling or Agglomeration Poor dispersing causes pigment settling, color streaks and reduced color strength in paint and ink. Solution: Use LD-300 dispersant grade, extend milling time and verify particle distribution through dispersion test.
Excessive Water Demand in Ceramic Body High water requirement reduces density and increases drying and firing defects in ceramic tile. Solution: Use LD-200 ceramic grade to reduce water demand and improve particle packing density.
High Friction and Wear in Plastic Extrusion Excessive internal friction causes high torque, wear, surface defects and slow output in PVC and plastic processing. Solution: Add LD-400 polymer processing grade to reduce friction and improve flow and mold release.
Dispersion Instability After Storage Particles may re-agglomerate and settle during storage, causing uneven performance in the final system. Solution: Increase dispersant dosage, optimize mixing, and check storage temperature stability.
Negative Effect on Adhesion Strength Overdosing or wrong grade may weaken the bonding strength of tile adhesive and mortar. Solution: Control dosage within the recommended range and select a grade compatible with your binder system.
Customs Detention Due to Mismatched Documents Incorrect HS code, CAS number or SDS information triggers inspection and detention at destination ports. Solution: Confirm destination country regulations before order. We supply consistent CAS, HS, UN classification and full-set SDS / COA documents.
Batch-to-Batch Performance Variation Changes in raw material quality, mixing conditions or water quality cause inconsistent flow and dispersion. Solution: Standardize the Lubricant and Dispersant grade and dosage, keep process parameters stable, and test each incoming batch.
