PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Complete Compound Auxiliary Package for Textile Dyeing (Customized) is a tailor‑made integrated auxiliary system for textile dyeing and finishing lines. The package combines multiple functional auxiliaries, including leveling agent, dispersant, chelating agent, anti‑foaming agent, fixing agent, softener and wetting agent, proportioned according to customers’ fiber types, dye varieties and production processes.
It is designed to simplify warehouse management, reduce batching errors and stabilize dyeing quality. Suitable for cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, viscose and other fiber materials, applicable to jet dyeing, jig dyeing, pad‑steam and continuous dyeing processes. Our technical team adjusts formula ratios to solve common defects such as color spot, uneven shade, poor color fastness and foam overflow during dyeing.
All raw materials are strictly screened for compatibility. Each customized set passes lab pre‑test before delivery. Batch inspection covers appearance, stability, pH, dispersion performance and dyeing effect. We provide COA, TDS and SDS for customs clearance and quality tracing. Formulas can be adjusted to meet low‑foam, low‑yellowing, eco‑friendly and special fastness requirements.

1. Submit Dyeing Condition Information
Please provide fiber type, dye category, dyeing machine type, liquor ratio, target color fastness and special eco requirements. Our engineer designs matched compound auxiliary package.
2. Lab Trial Sample & Evaluation
Trial kits will be sent for lab dyeing test. Customers check shade uniformity, foam status, fastness and fabric handfeel. Adjust formula before bulk order if needed. COA and SDS attached with samples.
3. Confirm Packing, Quantity & Trade Terms
Standard package: 25kg drum, IBC tank, carton for powder. Custom shipping marks and pallet packing. FOB / CIF / DDP acceptable. Non‑hazardous goods, documents: invoice, packing list, CO, COA, SDS.
4. Shipment & Technical After‑sales
We supply batch test report for each shipment. Our technician supports on‑line process adjustment, dosage optimization and defect solving during customer mass production.

Strictly control bath temperature and pH value as process sheet. Deviation will cause uneven color and fastness drop.

Storage & Shipping:
Seal tightly, store in cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, avoid freezing and strong sunlight. Non‑dangerous goods for sea shipment.

Solution: Slow dosing, check pump circulation, switch matched DT grade.

- Quotation Basis: CMC price depends on product grade, viscosity, substitution degree, order quantity and delivery terms.
- Price Validity: All quotations are subject to market raw material fluctuation. Normally valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
- Price Contains: The quoted price covers product cost and standard export packaging. Freight, insurance and export charges are calculated separately according to Incoterms.
