VAE Emulsion is a high-performance vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion widely used in coatings, adhesives, construction materials, textile coatings, paper coatings and modifiers. It provides good film-forming property, high bonding strength, excellent flexibility, weatherability and compatibility with various additives.
This product is produced through controlled polymerization of vinyl acetate and ethylene under strict process conditions. It is available in different grades according to glass transition temperature, particle size, solid content, viscosity and application requirement. Each grade is designed to meet specific performance targets such as adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, durability and processability.
Our VAE emulsion is produced under strict quality control. It can be used as a binder in architectural coatings, as an adhesive in wood bonding and tile bonding, as a modifier in cement and mortar, and as a functional component in textile and paper coatings. Each batch is inspected for appearance, solid content, viscosity, pH value, particle size, film-forming property and stability before shipment.
We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and formulation according to your application system, processing condition and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify VAE emulsion performance in your actual application system and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
The recommended dosage varies by application, typically from 3% to 30%. Start from lower dosage and adjust according to formulation test and production condition.
Apply VAE emulsion by coating, spraying, dipping, roller coating or adhesive bonding according to grade and application requirement. Ensure uniform distribution on substrate surface.
Before mass production, test compatibility with pigments, fillers, additives, solvents and processing condition. Observe stability, film formation and final product performance.
Adjust grade and dosage according to substrate material, application method, drying condition, temperature and humidity. Control formulation uniformity and drying schedule properly.
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid freezing, direct sunlight and high temperature. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.
