PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Non-hazardous Tackifying Resin Powder is a high-performance industrial resin material designed to improve tackiness, adhesion and bonding strength in adhesive, coating, rubber, plastic and composite systems. It is a non-hazardous industrial product suitable for industrial production and international trade.

This product is widely used in adhesives, coatings, rubber compounds, plastic modification, composite materials and road marking materials. It provides excellent tackiness, good compatibility, low melting viscosity, high stability and easy handling. It can improve initial adhesion, bonding strength, durability and processing performance of final products.

Our tackifying resin powder is produced under strict process control. It is available in different grades according to softening point, melting viscosity, particle size, color and application requirement. Each batch is inspected for appearance, softening point, melting viscosity, particle size, color and performance before shipment.

We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to your formulation system, processing condition and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms Standard packing: 25kg bag / drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support Each batch is supplied with COA, TDS and SDS. Our technical team supports grade selection, dosage adjustment, formulation optimization and on-site guidance, and assists with import declaration information for destination ports.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify tackifying resin powder performance in your actual formulation system and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
The recommended dosage varies by application, typically from 3% to 35%. Start from lower dosage and adjust according to formulation test and production condition.
Application Method:
Add tackifying resin powder into adhesive, coating, rubber or polymer system according to formulation requirement. Ensure uniform dispersion and good mixing.
Compatibility Check:
Before mass production, test compatibility with polymer, additive, filler, solvent and processing condition. Observe stability, tackiness and final product performance.
Process Condition Consideration:
Adjust grade and dosage according to application field, processing temperature, shear condition and performance target. Control mixing uniformity and processing schedule properly.
Storage & Sea Freight Guidance:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and high temperature. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Safety Operation:
Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.

COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Low Tackiness and Bonding Strength Unsuitable grade, insufficient dosage or poor dispersion causes low tackiness. Solution: Select suitable grade, increase dosage and improve dispersion uniformity.
Poor Compatibility with Polymer Wrong grade causes phase separation, precipitation or poor final product performance. Solution: Test compatibility before mass production and select matching grade.
High Melting Viscosity Unsuitable grade, high molecular weight or wrong processing condition increases viscosity. Solution: Select low melting viscosity grade and optimize processing temperature.
Poor Dispersion Wrong mixing sequence, insufficient shear or poor wettability causes poor dispersion. Solution: Improve mixing sequence, increase shear and select suitable grade.
Color Problem Unsuitable grade, high processing temperature or impurity causes color change. Solution: Select low color grade, reduce processing temperature and control raw material quality.
Low Durability Unsuitable grade, insufficient dosage or poor interface bonding reduces durability. Solution: Use durable grade, increase dosage and improve interface bonding.
Customs Detention Due to Mismatched Documents Incorrect HS code or SDS information triggers inspection and detention at destination ports. Solution: Confirm destination country regulations before order. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. We supply consistent full-set SDS / COA documents.
High COD Load in Wastewater High organic content or excessive dosage increases wastewater treatment load. Solution: Optimize dosage, use concentrated grade and cooperate with wastewater treatment.
