PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Anti-sloughing Agent is a high-performance functional additive designed to prevent wellbore sloughing and collapse, stabilize borehole wall, improve formation stability, protect drilling fluid system and enhance drilling efficiency in oil & gas drilling, shale gas extraction, geological exploration, coal mine drilling and geotechnical engineering.
This product is widely used in oil drilling, shale gas extraction, geological exploration, coal mine drilling, tunnel construction and geotechnical engineering. It provides sloughing prevention, good stability, easy use, non-hazardous property and good compatibility.
Our anti-sloughing agent is produced under strict process control. It is available in different grades according to application system, formation condition, temperature condition, salinity condition, mud type and drilling depth. Each batch is inspected for appearance, viscosity, plugging performance, temperature resistance, salt resistance, stability and compatibility before shipment.

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm Drilling System and Operation Condition
Please inform us of your application system, formation condition, temperature condition, salinity condition, mud type, drilling depth and operation condition. We will recommend the most suitable grade.
2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation
We can provide trial samples for plugging test, viscosity test, temperature resistance test, salt resistance test and compatibility evaluation. Customers may test borehole stabilization and system stability. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms
Standard packing: 25kg bag / drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support
Each batch is supplied with COA, TDS and SDS. Our technical team supports grade selection, dosage adjustment, process optimization and on-site guidance, and assists with import declaration information for destination ports.
