PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Formaldehyde-free Fixing Agent is a high-performance, eco-friendly color fixing additive developed for reactive, direct and acid dyes in the textile dyeing and finishing industry. It effectively binds dye molecules onto the fiber, significantly improving wash fastness, rub fastness and perspiration fastness while releasing no formaldehyde during the whole process.
This product is widely used in cotton knit and woven fabrics, rayon and viscose, silk and wool, blended fabrics, printing, yarn and garment dyeing. It provides good fixing performance, low foam, easy use, non-hazardous property and good compatibility.
Our formaldehyde-free fixing agent is produced under strict process control. It is available in different grades according to fiber type, dye class, shade depth, fastness target, application equipment and production requirement. Each batch is inspected for appearance, solid content, pH value, water solubility, fixing performance and fastness result before shipment.

1. Confirm Dyeing System and Operation Condition
Please inform us of your fiber type, dye class, shade depth, fastness target, application equipment and operation condition. We will recommend the most suitable grade.
2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation
We can provide trial samples for wash fastness test, rub fastness test, perspiration fastness test and compatibility evaluation. Customers may test fixing performance, color change and system stability. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms
Standard packing: 25kg drum / carton, IBC tank, flexi-bag. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3809.9100, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support

COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Poor Wash Fastness
Unsuitable grade, insufficient dosage or wrong pH causes poor wash fastness.
Solution: Select suitable grade, increase dosage and control bath pH.
Color Bleeding / Migration
Insufficient fixing or wrong application stage causes dye bleeding.
Solution: Optimize adding stage and dosage, use high fastness grade.

- Quotation Basis: CMC price depends on product grade, viscosity, substitution degree, order quantity and delivery terms.
