PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Bio-based Drilling Lubricant is a high-performance environmentally friendly drilling fluid additive designed to improve lubricity, reduce friction, lower torque and drag, protect drill string and bit, and enhance drilling efficiency in oil & gas drilling, geological exploration, horizontal well drilling and geothermal drilling.
This product is widely used in oil drilling, shale gas extraction, geological exploration, drilling fluid treatment, horizontal well drilling and geothermal drilling. It provides good lubricity, anti-wear property, good stability, easy use, non-hazardous property and good compatibility.
Our bio-based drilling lubricant is produced under strict process control. It is available in different grades according to application system, temperature condition, salinity condition, mud type, drilling depth and operation requirement. Each batch is inspected for appearance, viscosity, lubricity, friction coefficient, stability, compatibility and environmental performance before shipment.

1. Confirm Drilling System and Operation Condition
Please inform us of your application system, temperature condition, salinity condition, mud type, drilling depth, well type and operation condition. We will recommend the most suitable grade.
2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation
We can provide trial samples for lubricity test, friction test, anti-wear test, temperature resistance test, salt resistance test and compatibility evaluation. Customers may test lubricity, friction coefficient, anti-wear property and system stability. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms
Standard packing: 25kg bag / drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support
