Calcined Kaolin is a high-quality industrial mineral product obtained through controlled calcination of natural kaolin clay. After high-temperature heat treatment, the crystalline structure is adjusted, resulting in improved whiteness, low abrasion, excellent dispersibility and stable chemical properties. It is widely used as functional filler and processing aid in ceramics, refractories, coatings, plastics, rubber, paper and composite materials.
Compared with uncalcined kaolin, calcined kaolin offers better brightness, lower moisture absorption, higher thermal stability and improved covering power. It can reduce sintering deformation in ceramics, enhance corrosion resistance in refractories, improve hiding power in coatings, and increase stiffness and dimensional stability in plastics and rubber.
Our calcined kaolin is produced under strict calcination temperature control, followed by grinding, classification and iron removal processing. It is available in different particle size fractions to meet customer process requirements. Each batch is inspected for whiteness, particle size, loss on ignition, pH value, abrasion and impurity content before shipment.
We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to your application, production process, material system and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify calcined kaolin performance in your actual production system and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
The recommended dosage varies by application, typically from 5% to 40%. Start from lower dosage and adjust according to formulation test and production result.
Add calcined kaolin gradually into the matrix under stirring or grinding. Control dispersion time and shear intensity to avoid particle agglomeration.
Before mass production, test compatibility with resins, polymers, pigments, additives and other fillers. Observe viscosity change, dispersion stability and final product performance.
Adjust grade and dosage according to particle size distribution, processing temperature, moisture and final product specification. Fine grades usually require more careful dispersion.
Keep sealed in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Avoid moisture, rain and direct sunlight. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Wear dust mask, gloves and goggles during handling. Avoid inhaling dust. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.
