Compound Flocculant Package is a tailor-made integrated water treatment additive system, compounded by our technical team according to customer’s actual water quality, pollutant type, sedimentation equipment and discharge standards. It combines inorganic coagulant, organic polymeric flocculant and auxiliary conditioning components in optimized proportion, avoiding the trouble of separate purchasing, separate dissolving and multi-point dosing of single flocculant products.
This customized package can rapidly neutralize colloid charge, adsorb suspended solids, form dense and fast-settling flocs, reduce turbidity, chroma, COD and total suspended solids. It performs stably for low, medium and high turbidity wastewater, and adapts to wide pH and temperature ranges. Compared with single PAC or PAM, the compound formula needs lower total dosage, produces less sludge and simplifies on-site operation.
We support formula adjustment for municipal sewage, textile printing & dyeing, papermaking, mining, food processing, electroplating and oily wastewater. We supply solid powder form and liquid form as requested. Before formal production, lab jar test and on-site pilot test are available to confirm floc size, settling speed, sludge moisture and effluent indexes. Each batch is inspected, and complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS are provided for customs clearance and quality traceability.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION
Since this is a customized compound package, do not arrange large bulk order before pilot test. Water quality fluctuation will affect flocculation performance, so fixed formula needs periodic recheck for long-term running projects.
Slowly add powder into clean stirring water, prepare 0.5%–2% dilution liquid, keep gentle stirring for 3–5 minutes until fully dissolved. Avoid fast dumping to prevent fish-eye undissolved agglomerates which block pipelines and reduce efficiency.
Add the diluted solution at rapid mixing zone first, then enter slow flocculation reaction zone. Control stirring intensity properly: too strong stirring breaks formed flocs; too weak mixing causes uneven reaction.
The optimal working pH range is 6.0–9.0. If raw water is too acidic or alkaline, pre-neutralization by acid/base is required before adding this compound flocculant package.
Do not mix directly with strong oxidants, strong acid or strong alkali. If using together with biocide, scale inhibitor or heavy metal precipitant, separate dosing points and carry out compatibility test in advance.
Keep sealed in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Powder product must be moisture-proof. Avoid long-time sun exposure and high-temperature storage. It belongs to non-dangerous goods for sea shipment.
Wear dust mask, gloves and goggles during powder feeding and dissolving. Avoid inhaling powder dust. If splashed into eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of clean running water immediately.
| Application Type | Main Process Equipment | Recommended Grade |
|---|---|---|
| Municipal Domestic Sewage | Sedimentation tank, belt filter press | CF-100 |
| Textile Printing & Dyeing Wastewater | Air flotation tank, decolorization reactor | CF-200 |
| Mining Tailings & Coal Washing Water | Thickener, sedimentation pond | CF-300 |
| Papermaking White Water Recycling | Clarifier, fiber recovery system | CF-400 |
| Food & Starch Organic Wastewater | Anaerobic + aerobic post clarification | CF-500 |
| Electroplating Heavy Metal Wastewater | Precipitation tank, filter press | CF-600 |
| Low Temperature Low Turbidity Raw Water | Water plant clarification tank | Custom low-temp formula |
| High COD Complex Industrial Wastewater | Combined treatment process | Custom compound formula |
CF series is pre-compounded integrated package, no need to buy separate PAC and PAM. The dosage should start from low value and be adjusted according to jar test and on-site effluent. When wastewater quality changes greatly, re-test and optimize the formula ratio.
