PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Custom Compound Auxiliary Package for Paper Mill is a tailor-made papermaking auxiliary system designed to meet specific paper mill requirements. It integrates multiple functions such as retention, drainage, dry strength, wet strength, sizing, defoaming and dispersion into one optimized compound package according to customer pulp condition, paper grade and machine parameters.

This product is widely used in paper machines, pulp preparation, paper forming, board production, tissue paper production and specialty paper production. It provides custom formula, multi-function, good stability, easy use, non-hazardous property and good compatibility.

Our custom compound auxiliary package is produced under strict process control. It is available in different compound grades according to pulp type, paper grade, machine speed, pH range, conductivity, white water condition and production target. Each batch is inspected for appearance, solid content, viscosity, charge density, molecular weight, comprehensive application performance and stability before shipment.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm Papermaking System and Production Target Please inform us of your pulp type, paper grade, machine speed, pH range, conductivity, white water condition, production target and required comprehensive performance. We will recommend the most suitable custom compound auxiliary package grade.
2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation We can provide trial samples for comprehensive performance test, retention test, drainage test, strength test, sizing test and defoaming test. Customers may test comprehensive application performance and machine runnability. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms Standard packing: 25kg bag / drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support Each batch is supplied with COA, TDS and SDS. Our technical team supports grade selection, dosage adjustment, process optimization and on-site guidance, and assists with import declaration information for destination ports.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify custom compound auxiliary package performance in your actual papermaking system and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
The recommended dosage varies by application, typically from 1.0% to 4.0%. Start from lower dosage and adjust according to comprehensive performance test and production condition.
Adding Sequence Control:
Add custom compound auxiliary package according to recommended sequence and formulation requirement. Ensure good mixing and uniform distribution.
Compatibility Check:
Before mass production, test compatibility with pulp, other additives and machine condition. Observe comprehensive application performance and machine runnability.
Process Condition Consideration:
Adjust grade and dosage according to pulp type, paper grade, machine speed, pH range, conductivity and production target. Control adding sequence, dosage and mixing condition properly.
Storage & Sea Freight Guidance:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid freezing, direct sunlight and high temperature. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Safety Operation:
Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.

Formula Guidance:
Use CPAP-100 for general systems, CPAP-200 for high speed machines, CPAP-300 for high strength systems, CPAP-400 for recycled fiber, CPAP-500 for board and CPAP-600 for tissue paper. The dosage should be confirmed by comprehensive performance test and production result.
COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Insufficient Comprehensive Performance Unsuitable compound grade, insufficient dosage or wrong adding sequence causes poor comprehensive performance. Solution: Select suitable compound grade, increase dosage and optimize adding sequence.
Performance Imbalance Problem Wrong compound ratio, wrong formulation or wrong process condition causes imbalance between retention, drainage, strength and sizing. Solution: Adjust compound ratio, optimize formulation and control process condition.
System Buildup and Scaling Unsuitable grade, high polymer or wrong pH causes system buildup. Solution: Reduce polymer dosage, control pH and select compatible grade.
Poor Compatibility with Additives Wrong grade or incompatible additive causes precipitation or poor performance. Solution: Test compatibility before production and select matching grade.
Uneven Performance Distribution Poor mixing, uneven distribution or wrong adding point causes uneven performance. Solution: Improve mixing condition, optimize adding point and ensure uniform distribution.
Machine Runability Problem Unsuitable grade, excessive polymer or wrong formulation causes poor machine runnability. Solution: Reduce polymer dosage, optimize formulation and select suitable grade.
Customs Detention Due to Mismatched Documents Incorrect HS code or SDS information triggers inspection and detention at destination ports. Solution: Confirm destination country regulations before order. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. We supply consistent full-set SDS / COA documents.
High COD Load in Wastewater High organic content or excessive dosage increases wastewater treatment load. Solution: Optimize dosage, use concentrated grade and cooperate with wastewater treatment.

DELIVERY TIME & SHELF LIFE
