PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our Eco-friendly Antioxidant is a high-performance stabilizer designed to protect polymers, rubber, oils, lubricants, cosmetics and biodegradable materials from thermal oxidation, UV degradation, rancidity, discoloration and loss of mechanical properties. Unlike traditional antioxidants that may leave heavy metal residues or contain restricted phenolic compounds, this Eco-friendly Antioxidant is developed with a cleaner ingredient profile, lower environmental impact and better compatibility with modern eco-conscious formulations.

The Eco-friendly Antioxidant works by scavenging free radicals and interrupting the auto-oxidation chain reaction that occurs during processing, storage and end-use. This allows manufacturers to extend shelf life, maintain color stability, prevent odor formation, reduce viscosity drift and protect physical strength in finished products. For biodegradable packaging and bio-based materials, the Eco-friendly Antioxidant also supports longer service life without compromising the material’s environmental end-of-life profile.

Our technical team selects each Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade based on customer processing temperature, substrate type, color requirement, odor level and regulatory target. Whether you need a liquid antioxidant for oils and lubricants, a powder antioxidant for polymers and rubber, or a custom combination stabilizer for sensitive formulations, we can recommend the most suitable Eco-friendly Antioxidant solution for your production system.

Every Eco-friendly Antioxidant batch is tested for active content, melting point, color, odor, solubility and thermal stability before delivery. COA, TDS and MSDS are provided for quality traceability and export compliance. Our goal is to help customers improve product durability while meeting the growing demand for cleaner, safer and more sustainable chemical additives.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm Application and Performance Target Please tell us your substrate type, processing temperature, antioxidant requirement, color target, odor level and any regulatory preference. We will recommend the most suitable Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade.
2. Trial Sample and Testing We can provide trial samples of the Eco-friendly Antioxidant for lab evaluation. Customers are welcome to test stability, color change, oxidation induction time and final product performance.
3. Confirm Packaging and Quantity The Eco-friendly Antioxidant is available in powder (25 kg bags / cartons) or liquid (25 kg / 200 L drums, IBC tanks). Custom labels and shipping marks are available for export orders.
4. Delivery and After-sales Support Each batch of Eco-friendly Antioxidant is supplied with COA, TDS and MSDS. Our technical team provides after-sales support for dosage adjustment, compatibility testing and formula optimization.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify the Eco-friendly Antioxidant performance in your actual production process before bulk ordering.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
The recommended dosage of the Eco-friendly Antioxidant is 0.1–1.0%, depending on substrate and processing conditions. Start from the lower limit and increase gradually after performance testing.
Adding Method:
Add the Eco-friendly Antioxidant during the early stage of compounding or processing, before high-temperature exposure. Ensure uniform dispersion through proper mixing or dissolution.
Compatibility Check:
Before mass production, test the Eco-friendly Antioxidant with other additives such as stabilizers, lubricants, fillers and pigments. Observe color, odor, viscosity and storage stability changes.
Processing Temperature Control:
Choose the Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade according to your extrusion, injection molding or oil heating temperature. High-temperature processes may require more thermally stable grades.
Storage Condition:
Keep the Eco-friendly Antioxidant sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5–35℃. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperature.
Safety Operation:
Wear gloves and protective glasses during handling. Avoid ingestion and direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Formula Guidance:
Use EAO-100 for primary antioxidant protection, EAO-200 for secondary stabilization, EAO-300 for oils and liquid systems, EAO-400 for polymers, and EAO-500 for biodegradable materials. The Eco-friendly Antioxidant dosage should be confirmed through stability testing.
COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Discoloration or Yellowing During Processing Thermal oxidation and insufficient stabilization may cause yellowing, especially at high extrusion or injection molding temperatures. Solution: Increase the Eco-friendly Antioxidant dosage or switch to a more thermally stable grade; confirm processing temperature and residence time.
Reduced Mechanical Strength After Aging Long-term oxidation may lead to brittleness, cracking and loss of impact strength in polymers and rubber products. Solution: Use a more effective Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade and verify long-term aging performance through testing.
Rancidity or Odor Formation in Oils Oil oxidation can produce unpleasant odor, taste change and reduced shelf life in edible oils, lubricants and cosmetics. Solution: Add the Eco-friendly Antioxidant early during oil processing, and consider combining it with a chelating agent if needed.
Viscosity Drift in Lubricants Oxidation may cause viscosity increase, sludge formation and reduced lubricant service life. Solution: Select a suitable Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade for your base oil and operating temperature, and monitor oxidation induction time.
Poor Compatibility with Other Additives The Eco-friendly Antioxidant may interact with pigments, fillers, lubricants or other stabilizers, causing precipitation, color change or performance loss. Solution: Run a compatibility test before mass production; our team can help adjust the Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade or ratio.
Low Antioxidation Efficiency The existing Eco-friendly Antioxidant dosage or grade may not match the substrate, processing temperature or end-use environment. Solution: Re-evaluate the application conditions and upgrade to a primary/secondary antioxidant combination or custom blend.
Color Change in Cosmetic Formulations Fragrances, oils and color ingredients may degrade under oxidation, affecting product appearance and shelf life. Solution: Use a liquid Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade compatible with the oil phase, and verify color stability under storage conditions.
Batch-to-Batch Performance Variation Changes in resin quality, processing temperature or additive ratio may cause inconsistent antioxidant results. Solution: Standardize the Eco-friendly Antioxidant grade and dosage, keep process parameters stable, and perform incoming batch testing.
