High-grade Modified Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) is an advanced inorganic coagulant produced through optimized polymerization and purification processes. It contains highly charged polynuclear aluminum complexes that can neutralize surface charges, destabilize colloids and form large, dense flocs quickly in water and wastewater treatment systems.
Compared with conventional PAC, the high-grade modified product offers higher Al₂O₃ content, more stable basicity, lower impurities and better performance in low-temperature, low-turbidity and slightly polluted water. It is widely used for drinking water clarification, industrial wastewater treatment, papermaking white water recycling, textile wastewater decolorization, oilfield produced water treatment and sludge dewatering.
This product is available in light yellow powder and liquid forms. It dissolves rapidly in water, forms strong flocs within a short reaction time, and reduces the dosage of subsequent additives. When used correctly, it improves effluent clarity, lowers suspended solids, COD and color, and helps meet strict discharge standards.
Every batch of High-grade Modified PAC is inspected for Al₂O₃ content, basicity, pH value, water-insoluble matter, heavy metals and flocculation efficiency before shipment. We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS(MSDS) for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to your water quality, treatment process and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify High-grade Modified PAC performance on your actual water treatment line and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
The recommended dosage is 10–50 ppm for general water treatment and 0.1–0.5% for sludge conditioning. Start from lower dosage and increase gradually based on jar test results.
Dissolve High-grade Modified PAC in clean water with stirring before dosing. Prepare a uniform solution and avoid direct addition of large amounts of solid powder into the treatment system.
Before mass production, test the product with other coagulants, flocculants and organic additives. Observe floc formation, settling speed and supernatant clarity. For EU export, REACH SVHC screening is suggested.
Adjust dosage according to raw water turbidity, temperature, pH and flow rate. Low-temperature and low-turbidity water may require higher basicity or higher Al₂O₃ grades.
Keep High-grade Modified PAC sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5–35℃. Avoid moisture, sunlight and incompatible chemicals. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Wear gloves and protective goggles during handling. Avoid ingestion and direct eye contact. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical help if irritation persists.
