PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Levelling Agent is a high-performance textile auxiliary designed to improve dyeing uniformity and reduce color difference in textile dyeing processes. It helps dyes migrate evenly across fibers, reduces barreling and streaking, and promotes consistent color build-up on yarn, fabric and garment materials.

This product is widely used in yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing, garment dyeing and continuous dyeing processes. It offers good levelling property, low foam, high stability and easy handling. It can be applied in combination with various dye systems and improves the overall quality and reproducibility of dyed textiles.

Our levelling agent is produced under strict process control. It is available in different grades according to dye type, fiber material, dyeing process and application requirement. Each batch is inspected for appearance, pH value, viscosity, active content, foaming property and levelling performance before shipment.

We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to your dye system, fiber material, production process and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm Dye System and Fiber Material Please inform us of your dye type, fiber material, dyeing process, pH range, temperature and application requirement. We will recommend the most suitable levelling agent grade.
2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation We can provide trial samples for levelling test, compatibility test and dyeing evaluation. Customers may test levelness, color difference, foaming property and compatibility with their dye system. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms Standard packing: 25kg drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support Each batch is supplied with COA, TDS and SDS. Our technical team supports grade selection, dosage adjustment, process optimization and on-site guidance, and assists with import declaration information for destination ports.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify levelling agent performance in your actual dyeing system and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
The recommended dosage varies by application, typically from 0.3% to 3.0% o.w.f. Start from lower dosage and adjust according to trial result and production condition.
Addition Method:
Add levelling agent before dye addition or at the beginning of dyeing process. Ensure good circulation and uniform distribution in dye bath.
Compatibility Check:
Before mass production, test compatibility with dyes, auxiliaries, pH value and temperature. Observe stability, foaming and dyeing result.
Process Condition Consideration:
Adjust grade and dosage according to dye type, fiber material, liquor ratio, temperature and dyeing process. Control pH and circulation condition properly.
Storage & Sea Freight Guidance:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Safety Operation:
Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.

Use LA-100 for general dyeing, LA-200 for reactive dyes, LA-300 for disperse dyes, LA-400 for acid dyes, LA-500 for garment dyeing and LA-600 for continuous dyeing. The dosage should be confirmed by trial test and production result.
COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Uneven Dyeing and Color Difference Unsuitable grade, insufficient dosage or poor circulation causes uneven dyeing. Solution: Select suitable grade, increase dosage and improve dye bath circulation.
Barreling and Streaking Poor dye migration, wrong temperature control or unsuitable levelling agent causes defects. Solution: Use appropriate levelling agent, optimize heating rate and improve circulation.
Foaming Problem High foam grade, improper dosage or strong agitation causes foam in dye bath. Solution: Select low foam grade, reduce dosage and control agitation condition.
Poor Compatibility with Dye System Wrong grade causes precipitation, instability or poor dyeing result. Solution: Test compatibility before mass production and select matching grade.
Slow Dyeing Speed Excessive levelling agent may affect dye uptake and slow down dyeing. Solution: Reduce dosage, optimize addition point and adjust dyeing process.
Low Reproducibility Between Batches Unstable process, inconsistent pH or temperature causes batch difference. Solution: Standardize process parameters, control pH and temperature, and use stable grade.
Customs Detention Due to Mismatched Documents Incorrect HS code or SDS information triggers inspection and detention at destination ports. Solution: Confirm destination country regulations before order. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. We supply consistent full-set SDS / COA documents.
High COD Load in Wastewater High active content or excessive dosage increases wastewater treatment load. Solution: Optimize dosage, use concentrated grade and cooperate with wastewater treatment.
