PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our Mild Surfactant is a high-performance surface-active agent designed to deliver excellent cleaning, wetting, foaming and emulsifying effects while maintaining mildness to skin, fibers and sensitive surfaces. It is widely used in personal care, household cleaning, industrial cleaning, textile processing, agrochemical formulations and other fields where both efficiency and gentle handling are required.

The product is developed with a balanced molecular structure that reduces irritation while preserving strong surface activity. It lowers interfacial tension effectively, improves wetting on hydrophobic surfaces, stabilizes foam, emulsifies oily components and helps suspend dirt particles. Compared with conventional harsh surfactants, it is more skin-friendly, less damaging to fibers and safer for sensitive formulation systems.

It shows good compatibility with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, and remains stable over a wide pH range and in hard water. It is suitable for both light-duty and heavy-duty cleaning systems, helping customers formulate products with better foam quality, rinsing performance and end-user comfort.

In personal care, it supports rich but gentle foam in body wash, shampoo, hand soap and facial cleanser. In household cleaning, it improves oil removal and surface wetting without strong irritation. In industrial cleaning, it helps clean metal, plastic, glass and coated surfaces safely. In textile processing, it acts as a wetting, scouring and leveling assistant.

Every batch is tested for active content, pH, foam stability, surface tension and skin mildness before delivery. COA, TDS and MSDS are available, and our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to customer application and formulation requirements.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Confirm Grade and Application Please tell us your application field, formulation type, target foam level, pH range and required mildness. We will recommend the most suitable grade and reference dosage.
2. Confirm Quantity and Packaging Standard packaging includes 25 kg plastic drums, 200 L drums and IBC tanks. Custom labels, pallet packing and shipping marks are available for export orders.
3. Delivery and Logistics Please provide the delivery port or destination address. We will confirm lead time, loading plan and export documents before production.
4. Quality Assurance and After-sales Support Each batch is supplied with COA, TDS and MSDS. If foam, mildness or compatibility problems occur under recommended conditions, our technical team will assist with re-testing and grade adjustment.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify foam performance, mildness and compatibility in your actual formulation before bulk order.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
Typical dosage is 2–10% depending on application. Start from the lower limit and increase gradually. Overdosing may cause excessive foam or affect final product properties.
Adding Method:
Add slowly under moderate stirring. For personal care formulations, add in the middle or later stage of processing to preserve foam and mildness.
Compatibility Pre-test:
Before mass production, test compatibility with other surfactants, builders, thickeners and preservatives. Observe foam stability, pH and viscosity changes.
Hard Water Resistance:
Verify performance under your actual water hardness. If needed, combine with chelating agents to maintain cleaning and foaming efficiency.
Storage Condition:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5–35℃. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperature. Stir gently before use if long stored.
Safety Operation:
Wear gloves and protective glasses during handling. Avoid ingestion and direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

Formula Guidance:
Choose MS-100 for personal care, MS-200 for household cleaning, MS-300 for industrial cleaning, MS-400 for textiles and MS-500 for agrochemicals. Adjust dosage according to foam requirement, cleaning load and formulation compatibility.
COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Insufficient Foam or Fast Foam Breakdown Dosage is too low, or the grade does not match the formulation system. Hard water and builders may also reduce foam stability. Solution: Increase dosage gradually, select a foam-stable grade, and add chelating agent if hard water is an issue.
Strong Irritation or Skin Discomfort Some surfactants are too aggressive for sensitive skin or fine fibers. Solution: Switch to MS-100 personal care grade, reduce anionic surfactant ratio, and verify mildness in actual formulation.
Oil Removal Not Efficient Enough Surface tension may still be too high, or the wetting ability is insufficient for oily surfaces. Solution: Increase dosage or switch to MS-300 industrial cleaning grade; improve contact time and mechanical action.
Compatibility Problems with Other Additives Incompatibility may cause precipitation, viscosity change or loss of performance. Solution: Run compatibility test before production, adjust pH and avoid mixing with strongly incompatible additives.
Too Much Foam in Industrial Cleaning Excessive foam can reduce cleaning efficiency and cause overflow in CIP systems. Solution: Use controlled-foam grade, reduce dosage, or add compatible defoamer carefully.
Reduced Performance in Hard Water Calcium and magnesium ions may interact with surfactants and reduce efficiency. Solution: Add chelating agent, select hard-water-resistant grade, or adjust formulation order.
Surface Damage on Sensitive Materials Strong alkalinity or high surfactant concentration may damage metal, plastic or coated surfaces. Solution: Use milder grade, reduce concentration, and shorten contact time on sensitive substrates.
Batch-to-Batch Performance Variation Changes in raw material quality, water hardness or processing conditions may cause inconsistency. Solution: Keep raw materials stable, control pH and temperature, and run a quick performance test before full production.
