PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Non-hazardous Epoxy Curing Accelerator is a high-performance industrial auxiliary designed to accelerate the curing reaction of epoxy resin systems. It shortens curing time, improves crosslinking density, and enhances final product strength, hardness, heat resistance and chemical resistance.

This product is widely used in epoxy resin products, composite materials, electronic packaging, industrial coatings, structural adhesives and construction reinforcement materials. It is a non-hazardous industrial product suitable for industrial production and international trade.

Our epoxy curing accelerator is produced under strict process control. It is available in different grades according to curing speed, addition level, solubility, thermal stability and application requirement. Each batch is inspected for appearance, purity, melting point, solubility, curing performance and stability before shipment.

We provide complete export documents including COA, TDS and SDS for quality traceability and customs compliance. Our technical team can recommend the most suitable grade and dosage according to your epoxy system, processing condition and destination country regulations.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation We can provide trial samples for curing test, gel time test and performance evaluation. Customers may test curing speed, strength, hardness, heat resistance and stability. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms Standard packing: 25kg bag / drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support Each batch is supplied with COA, TDS and SDS. Our technical team supports grade selection, dosage adjustment, process optimization and on-site guidance, and assists with import declaration information for destination ports.
Trial Order Tip:
For new customers, we recommend a small trial batch first to verify epoxy curing accelerator performance in your actual epoxy system and pre-review export documents before bulk order.
USAGE NOTES
Dosage Control:
The recommended dosage varies by application, typically from 0.2% to 2.0%. Start from lower dosage and adjust according to curing test and production condition.
Adding Sequence:
Add accelerator into epoxy resin or curing agent system according to formulation requirement. Ensure uniform dispersion and good mixing.
Compatibility Check:
Before mass production, test compatibility with epoxy resin, curing agent, filler, additive and processing condition. Observe curing speed and final product performance.
Process Condition Consideration:
Adjust grade and dosage according to epoxy system, processing temperature, curing cycle and application requirement. Control mixing uniformity and curing schedule properly.
Storage & Sea Freight Guidance:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture and high temperature. It is non-dangerous goods for shipping.
Safety Operation:
Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water immediately.

COMMON PROBLEMS IN DOWNSTREAM PRODUCTION
Slow Curing and Long Cycle Unsuitable grade, insufficient dosage or low temperature causes slow curing. Solution: Select fast curing grade, increase dosage and optimize curing temperature.
Too Fast Curing and Short Pot Life Unsuitable grade, excessive dosage or high temperature reduces working time. Solution: Reduce dosage, select moderate speed grade and control temperature.
Poor Compatibility with Epoxy System Wrong grade causes precipitation, turbidity or poor final product performance. Solution: Test compatibility before mass production and select matching grade.
Low Strength and Hardness Insufficient crosslinking, wrong dosage or improper curing schedule reduces performance. Solution: Optimize dosage, curing temperature and curing time strictly.
Poor Thermal Stability Unsuitable grade, high processing temperature or impurity causes decomposition. Solution: Select thermal stable grade and control processing temperature.
Uneven Curing Poor dispersion, wrong temperature distribution or unsuitable grade causes uneven result. Solution: Improve dispersion uniformity and optimize temperature distribution.
Customs Detention Due to Mismatched Documents Incorrect HS code or SDS information triggers inspection and detention at destination ports. Solution: Confirm destination country regulations before order. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. We supply consistent full-set SDS / COA documents.
High COD Load in Wastewater High organic content or excessive dosage increases wastewater treatment load. Solution: Optimize dosage, use concentrated grade and cooperate with wastewater treatment.
