PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Powder & Emulsion Softener is a high-performance textile auxiliary designed to improve fabric hand, smoothness and comfort. It provides soft touch, good lubricity, low yellowing and stable performance in various textile finishing processes.
This product is widely used in fabric softening, yarn treatment, garment washing, home textile finishing and industrial textile processing. It can be applied by padding, dipping, spraying or exhaust process according to material type and production requirement. It improves fabric flexibility, reduces stiffness and enhances wearing comfort.

1. Confirm Process System and Fiber Material
Please inform us of your application method, fiber material, pH range, temperature, liquor ratio and application requirement. We will recommend the most suitable powder and emulsion softener grade.
2. Trial Sample and Laboratory Evaluation
We can provide trial samples for softness test, lubricity test and compatibility evaluation. Customers may test soft touch, smoothness, yellowing, stability and compatibility with their process system. Sample COA and SDS will be attached.
3. Confirm Packaging, Quantity and Export Terms
Standard packing: 25kg bag / drum / carton, IBC tank. Custom shipping marks and pallet reinforcement available. Quotation under FOB / CIF / DDP is acceptable. Standard export data: HS Code 3824.9999, non-hazardous. Required customs documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and SDS.
4. Delivery and After-sales Technical Support
